The Hellroys and the Woodlands Tavern are proud to host this fundraiser for our friends at WCBE 90.5 FM. Join us and special guests the Devil Doves and Liberty Furnace on Friday, October 10th at 7pm. The bands are donating their time and talents to benefit this fantastic public radio station that has supported the local music community for so many years.

The Devil Doves are a Columbus-based “Clusterfolk” band whose high-energy performances and clever, insightful songwriting has been surprising and delighting audiences of all ages. Featuring Junior Kauffman on lead vocals and guitar and Kyle Davis on the cajon. Eric Nassau and Jeff “Pretty Fingers” Straw round out the quartet, adding angelic harmonies to the rough-and-tumble musical skeleton. The Devil Doves' latest release is called "Parlor Tricks."

The Hellroys (Sixto, Rayf, and Blee) are known for their cunningly crafted country comedy. The band has released 4 albums and several singles. Their newest single, "ChÍngate (Means I Love You)," recorded at the Sonic Lounge with Joe Viers, is set for release on September 12th.

Liberty Furnace, described by front man Lou Poster as "a southern rock band in a knife fight with the early 90s," is from Athens, Ohio. Liberty Furnace is Lou Poster on guitar and vocals, Brad Swiniarski on drums and vocals, Brian Pickleman on bass, and Cuni Besic on guitar.
